Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and analyzing drainage projects, conducting hydrological studies, ensuring technical compliance, and supporting team management and training. Technical support and team training **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday from 09:00 to 17:30, and Tuesday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Develop drainage projects, proposing the most appropriate solutions; Develop and/or validate hydrological studies conducted by others; Prepare projects, drawings, reports, descriptive memoranda, and technical specifications; Stay updated on project-related standards and technical specifications; Review technical documentation of the contract; Define and analyze data required for project execution; Obtain, analyze, and validate project quantities and prepare calculation memoranda; Ensure that products/services under responsibility comply with other related projects; Analyze and validate technical documents; Monitor contract schedules and targets; Support planning and monitoring of team activities; Assist in updating contract technical targets and controls; Participate in technical meetings with team members and clients; Provide necessary information to clients, contract managers, coordinators, and supervisors from other disciplines; Create thematic maps and manually or automatically delineate watersheds; Prepare technical notes on topics related to drainage projects; Present and defend projects to clients; Deliver technical training to the team at various levels of expertise; Support preparation of commercial proposals; Comply with and ensure compliance with processes according to the Quality Management System; Comply with and ensure implementation of SMS actions. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Transportation Infrastructure/BIM or other relevant education — preferred **Benefits:** Dental care, Pharmacy Card, Bluefit agreement, Senff Card agreement, FM2S partnership, Open English partnership, OrienteMe partnership, Optics partnership, SPA partnership, Cruzeiro do Sul University partnership, Life insurance, Meal allowance
