Job Summary: This professional will welcome customers, monitor the facility, control access, and assist with hospital security and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Welcoming and facilitating the experience of healthcare customers 2. Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the security of the hospital unit 3. Actively managing access control and internal processes Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum education level: Completed elementary school * Greet healthcare customers at the hospital's main entrance, providing assistance as required by the role, thereby maintaining visual harmony in the workplace; * Monitor the release of newborns; * Assist in investigating incidents; * Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the facility and/or unit; * Identify process and procedure breakdowns; identify imminent risks; * Monitor all areas of the unit; * Control the entry and exit of materials and equipment from the unit; * Patrol the internal and/or external perimeter of the unit; * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Screen beneficiaries, visitors, staff, service providers, and others; * Monitor surveillance cameras; * Assist healthcare customers with mobility difficulties; * Facilitate boarding and disembarking of healthcare customers; * Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. 251225020249691383
