Responsibilities and Duties: * Development of scope and technical solutions for new projects and/or relocation of factory equipment. * On-site technical supervision of assembly/relocation of new equipment and/or factory installations. * Ensuring that construction and assembly activities comply with internal audit standards (safety, health, environment, and quality) and Brazilian legislation, through on-site inspection and control. * Transparent monitoring and reporting on the development and execution of all project phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) via regular reports; supplier oversight during construction. * Acting as liaison between suppliers and the Safety Department regarding safety integrations. * Technical analysis and evaluation of supplier proposals for service provision and/or procurement of new equipment. * Discussion and assessment of received engineering projects (conceptual, basic, and detailed). Construction Execution Management: * Monitoring of service execution at the construction site; * Identification and clarification of on-site requirements; * Identification of delays, responsible parties, and enforcement of corrective actions; * Projection of construction timelines based on productivity of contracted companies; * Weekly and weekend service scheduling; * Periodic meetings with contractors focused on schedule deviations and discussion/implementation of action plans to meet targets; * Preparation of daily and/or weekly reports for the client; * Comparative analysis between planned and actual work performed; * Physical progress tracking with timeline projections. * Jointly developed action plans with contractors to recover identified delays. * Field control through mapping of work execution. Project Handover: * Monitoring execution of the final client handover manual prepared by contractors, including data books and equipment manuals. * Conducting technical inspections for project handover, issuing Provisional and Final Acceptance Certificates. * Preparation and review of punch lists. Requirements: * Engineers with Mechanical and Electrical backgrounds. * Industrial Automation and Civil Engineering professionals with Project Management experience. * Experience in mechanical, electrical, civil installations, and project execution. * Minimum 10 years of experience. Work Tools: * Microsoft Office Suite. * MS Project Office 2013\. * AutoCAD.
