Systems Analyst

**Since 1995, Plotter Racks has been developing solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration, operating in Brazil and several countries across Latin America.** To join our team, we are seeking a Systems Analyst to support departmental routines, assisting with information organization, demand tracking, and activity support. **Responsibilities:** a) Collect, document, and analyze user and stakeholder requirements; b) Identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications; c) Design technical solutions that meet the collected requirements; d) Create data flow diagrams, data models, and detailed technical specifications; e) Plan, coordinate, and monitor systems development projects; f) Integrate new systems with existing systems to ensure interoperability; g) Resolve integration issues and perform necessary adjustments; h) Create and maintain detailed technical documentation; i) Prepare and conduct training sessions for end users and support teams; j) Diagnose and resolve technical issues; k) Implement updates and continuous improvements to existing systems; l) Act as an intermediary between end users and the development team. **Requirements:** a) Completed high school education; technical qualification in Programming or Information Systems is desirable; b) Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server); c) Experience in web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP/Python/Node.js); d) Knowledge of VBA for automation is desirable.
