Job Summary: A professional responsible for serving associates, managing store operations, selling products and services, administering teams and processes, ensuring excellence and compliance with guidelines. Team supervision and sales improvement **Responsibilities:** Serve associates in person and by phone, collecting monthly dues, conducting sales, plan transfers, and after-sales support. Manage store opening and closing procedures, operational costs, and consumable materials. Control cash handling, bank deposits, and courier package dispatch. Sell or lease burial plots, cremation add-ons, and work on cancellation reversals. Handle associate enrollment and termination. Manage receipt and delivery of payment booklets, membership cards, and kits. Schedule ambulances and administer orthopedic support. Supervise the team, manage conflicts, and ensure service excellence. Support recruitment, performance evaluations, and training programs. Monitor attendance records, uniforms, and encourage participation in corporate university training. Enhance sales methodology and contribute to institutional training sessions and videos. Support events and partner communications. Implement the 5S process, maintaining facility cleanliness and upkeep. Comply with LGPD guidelines regarding document and information handling.
