Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for cutting and preparing fruits, decorating cocktails, preparing juices and coffee, serving beverages, and keeping the workspace organized. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and decorate various drinks and cocktails 2. Maintain organization and hygiene of the workplace 3. Manage inventory and restock beverages and supplies Cut and prepare fruits for decoration and drinks; decorate cocktails; prepare juices and coffee; open bottles for service; prepare drinks and cocktails; serve beverages; tap draft beer; wash dishes (glasses and bar utensils); organize and maintain an orderly workspace; provide ice; select appropriate glasses; check product quantities; restock beverages in general; verify beverage inventory; chill beverages.
