JOB DESCRIPTION Resumes may be sent to vagas@onpoint.com.br We are seeking a Junior Commercial Assistant to strengthen our customer service and operations team. In this role, the professional will provide direct support to the external sales team and serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for our partners. Key responsibilities include: \- Customer Service and Support: Receiving and addressing requests from insurance brokers, promptly clarifying doubts via WhatsApp, email, and phone; \- Request Management: Acting as liaison and facilitating the processing of inquiries/requests regarding the use of the OnPoint platform; \- Operational Support: Providing ongoing support to daily routines of external sales executives to ensure business continuity; \- Hybrid work model (two days per week onsite). REQUIREMENTS \- Prior experience in the insurance industry, specifically in commercial roles; \- Experience with Surety Insurance (a relevant advantage); \- Agile, dynamic profile with strong capacity for rapid learning; \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; \- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields.
