




Job Summary: This professional will support the organization and delivery of training programs, assist in the onboarding of new employees, and provide support for T&D-related tasks. Collaboration with supervisors and leaders in Training & Development (T&D) TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (T\&D) Main Responsibilities: * Support the organization and delivery of training programs. * Assist in the onboarding of new employees. * Maintain attendance lists, training records, and reports. * Support the development and updating of T\&D materials. * Monitor departmental administrative KPIs and routines. * Provide support to supervisors and leaders regarding training needs. Requirements: * Completed high school education (college enrollment in HR, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred). * Intermediate computer skills. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. * Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel (when required).
