We seek a Mid-level Backend Developer with an analytical mindset and hands-on approach to develop and evolve the company's critical systems, with strong emphasis on integrations, process automation, and operational high availability. This professional will play a strategic role in maintaining and evolving the technological ecosystem, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability of solutions. * An environment with strong technical challenges and direct business impact; * Participation in strategic and highly relevant projects; * Integration with various technologies and corporate systems; * Autonomy to propose technological improvements and enhancements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using technologies such as C\#, Python, PHP, and Node.js; * Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices; * Perform integrations between corporate systems (ERP, HR, access control, electronic time tracking, and internal platforms); * Model, optimize, and administer databases (SQL Server, MySQL, and MariaDB); * Automate operational processes and internal workflows; * Ensure stability of critical operational routines and services; * Work with Linux and Windows Server environments; * Support DevOps activities, including deployment, versioning, environment organization, and CI/CD best practices; * Diagnose and resolve technical issues of varying complexity; * Participate in strategic technology projects; * Develop and maintain computer vision solutions (e.g., facial recognition, LPR, people counting); * Produce and maintain technical documentation for solutions and integrations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in backend development; * Experience with API architecture and system integrations; * Experience with relational databases (modeling, performance, and maintenance); * Knowledge of process automation; * Experience with corporate systems (ERP, HR, or similar); * Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server; * Familiarity with DevOps and deployment processes; * Ability to work with technical autonomy; * Experience with computer vision systems will be considered a significant advantage. * Proactive and solution-oriented profile; * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking; * Organization and discipline in documentation; * Good communication skills for interaction with business areas; * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple systems. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role, plus benefits. **New Life Multisserviços** is a Brazilian company specializing in outsourced services, operating in the Brazilian market for 25 years.
