As a **Junior Systems Development Analyst**, you will be responsible for delivering computerized applications by developing, implementing, and maintaining systems using appropriate methodologies and techniques—aiming to meet established objectives regarding quality, cost, timelines, and benefits. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WE COUNT ON YOU TO** * Conduct interviews with end users, department managers, and stakeholders to identify system and application requirements. * Document gathered requirements, mapping workflows and identifying improvement opportunities in current processes. * Develop information flow diagrams and technical specifications to guide solution development. * Perform technical and economic feasibility studies to validate the implementation of new projects. * Create and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, system manuals, technical reports, and software specifications. * Prepare detailed documents covering service levels, capacity, performance, and available technical solutions. * Ensure documentation is clear, organized, and accessible to teams involved in system development and operations. * Assist development teams in interpreting requirements and applying best practices during coding. * Support testers in designing and executing unit, integration, and acceptance tests—ensuring delivery quality. * Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues. * Participate in system and solution implementations—including initial configuration and final testing. * Propose and implement continuous system improvements—optimizing processes and replacing manual controls with automated workflows. * Ensure corporate data integrity by defining security levels and quality criteria aligned with business strategies. * Provide technical support to business areas—guiding system usage and resolving operational queries. * Identify emerging market technologies, evaluate vendors, and propose innovative solutions for corporate system modernization and upgrades. * Provide consulting for process redefinition and adoption of new tools that add value to organizational operations. * Develop instructional materials—such as presentations and user guides—to train users on new systems and features. * Deliver in-person or remote training sessions—clarifying doubts and promoting effective use of implemented solutions. * Support systems development project management—assisting in scheduling, scope definition, and delivery tracking. * Apply agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to organize tasks and prioritize demands. * Ensure delivery quality and deadline adherence—reporting progress to the responsible manager. * Comply with company standards, processes, and policies; * Maintain workplace environment, materials, proper equipment usage, and confidentiality of information; * Perform other activities of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; * Comply with and enforce Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **YOU MUST HAVE** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in an IT-related field. * Project Implementation Methodology knowledge. * Logical reasoning ability. * Easy access to the CIC region, Curitiba-PR. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team. * Knowledge of system integration methodologies/techniques. * Technical English. * Prior experience in logistics and transportation operations. * Communication and Public Speaking skills. * Teamwork capability. **STEPS TOWARD THE PERFECT MATCH** You must complete several steps to reach your dream “YES.” We want to get to know the best version of you—and to do so, you must complete the following steps: 1.
