




Job Summary: Opportunity to work on inventory control, delivery tracking, billing, and supporting administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Central role in inventory and stock control 2. Essential support in billing and delivery logistics 3. Development in administrative tasks and data management Conducts stock and inventory control; Tracks product deliveries to customers (delivery discrepancies and damages); Assists in freight quotation; Assists in billing activities; Maintains the damage control spreadsheet and performs administrative actions related to damages; Manages incoming and outgoing stock of company products; Enters data into electronic spreadsheets; Verifies transport invoices prior to entry; Responds to emails related to the position; Performs administrative tasks as directed by immediate management. Solid experience in general administrative tasks, billing, finance, or the administrative department of transportation companies; Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel and the entire Office suite (Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams); familiarity with Microsiga / TOTVS system is desirable.
