JOB MISSION: A professional responsible for contributing to the assurance of quality and excellence of software products by performing tests, identifying issues, and collaborating on continuous improvement of development processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, and maintain software quality control processes to ensure software products comply with quality standards; Conduct quality analyses across all phases of the software lifecycle, from planning to testing; Create and execute test plans to ensure software meets customer requirements and is error-free; Detect and record software defects, communicate findings to developers, and manage the issue resolution process; Identify and implement improvements in software quality processes to increase software development efficiency and effectiveness. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Substantial experience in software testing and automation; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); Fundamental knowledge of software testing and automation; Knowledge of test automation tools; Familiarity with agile methodologies and development processes; In case of no bachelor's degree, relevant certifications in the field of expertise are required. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Transportation Allowance Health Insurance Senff Health Profit Sharing (PLR) Flexible Benefits (Vale Flex) Life Insurance Payroll Deduction Loan Meal Allowance Dental Plan Childcare Assistance **Work Location:** ---------------------- Av.
