Participate in training and development programs **Job Mission** Support administrative and operational routines in the Logistics area, developing professional and behavioral competencies through practical activities and learning courses, thereby contributing to the efficiency of logistics processes and material flow. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative routines in the Logistics area, such as document organization, spreadsheet control, and system updates. * Assist in controlling and monitoring orders, receipts, shipments, and material movements. * Support the verification of invoices, delivery orders, and other logistics documents, as instructed by the team. * Monitor and support internal area request flows (material requisitions, product registrations, data updates, and internal tickets). * Perform data entry and updates in corporate systems (ERP or logistics systems). * Assist in preparing simple reports, inventory controls, and operational indicators. * Support internal service requests by directing logistics-related demands to the responsible parties. * Participate in training and development programs stipulated in the apprenticeship contract. * Collaborate in organizing the work environment, including physical and digital files of the department. * Assist in specific Logistics processes, such as supporting inventories, merchandise verification, document sorting, and delivery tracking. **Mandatory Requirements** * Age between 14 and 24 years * Currently enrolled in or graduated from high school. * Basic computer skills. **Desirable Requirements** * Good communication skills and interest in learning about logistics processes. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
