Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to strategically manage costs and logistics KPIs, with emphasis on performance analysis, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic cost and logistics KPI management 2. Focus on performance analysis and cost reduction 3. Development of dashboards and managerial reports We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the strategic management of operational costs and logistics KPIs. Main Responsibilities: * Performance analysis of freight carriers; * Management and monitoring of logistics KPIs; * Input and control of transportation KPIs; * Freight settlement and verification; * Logistics cost analysis by state, region, and operation; * Development and maintenance of managerial dashboards; * Preparation of reports and results presentations; * Monitoring of freight percentage by region; * Monthly logistics cost closing; * Identification of opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience in data and logistics KPI analysis; * Knowledge of freight and carrier management; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. Preferred Qualifications: * Power BI knowledge; * Experience creating dashboards and automating reports; * Experience in national distribution and transportation operations. * Desired Competencies: * Analytical thinking; * Proactivity; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to work with large volumes of data; * Strategic vision and results focus.
