Job Summary: Perform purchasing, asset management, price quotations, handling of financial and operational service requests, support to condominium residents, and administrative assistance. Support administrative routines and internal organization Responsibilities: * Purchase materials and services according to unit requirements; * Manage asset control, ensuring accurate registration, movement, and disposal of assets; * Conduct price quotations with suppliers to secure optimal cost\-benefit conditions; * Respond to and follow up on financial and operational service requests submitted by company units; * Provide support to building garage condominium residents, clarifying administrative matters and parking space usage; * Assist in administrative routines and collaborate in organizing internal processes.
