If you have infrastructure experience, enjoy solving problems, and seek a dynamic and challenging environment, this opportunity may be for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Daily support for computers and printers; * Server and firewall management; * Computer configuration and maintenance; * Access control; * Organization and management of the machine park; * Procurement requests related to the IT area; * Network cable organization and physical workstation setup; * Travel for on-site support (up to one week). **Requirements** * Prior experience in technical support and infrastructure; * Knowledge of servers and firewalls; * Degree in Information Technology or related fields is desirable; * Availability for travel when required. **Important Information** This position requires multitasking, simultaneously handling demands from the group's three companies. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure, guaranteeing continuity, stability, and operational efficiency. **Contract Type: PJ**
