Strategic partner in optimizing performance outcomes **How about bringing your talent to Grupo Med4U?** Let’s get started—I’ll tell you what we’re looking for: **Position: Controller Analyst** **Work Location:** Corporate Unit \- Rua Ernâni Santiago de Oliveira, 321 \- Centro Cívico **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 The professional hired for this position will join the **Controller** team, acting strategically in performance monitoring, budgetary control, and direct support to management and executive leadership. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Prepare, analyze, and consolidate managerial, financial, and budgetary reports, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines; * Conduct budgetary monitoring, deviation analysis, financial variance assessment, and area-level financial performance evaluation; * Participate in developing, reviewing, and standardizing controller policies, procedures, and guidelines; * Analyze cost centers, accounting allocations, and fiscal/financial impacts, ensuring compliance with internal directives; * Prepare and deliver monthly closing presentations and performance results to managers and executive leadership; * Support economic feasibility studies, new projects, and business opportunities; * Act as a strategic partner to departments by providing analyses and recommendations to optimize performance outcomes; * Monitor audits, regulatory legislation reviews, and necessary process adjustments; * Maintain updated controls, apply critical analysis to key indicators, and proactively address risks and deviations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; Solid experience in controller functions, planning, and financial analysis; Knowledge of budgeting, performance analysis, and key performance indicators; Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel; Familiarity with the Tasy system is considered a plus.
