Map production processes to improve efficiency **Description:** Develop, implement, and monitor processes based on technical foundations in collaboration with production departments and other departments related to industrialization, aiming to improve methods, optimize costs, and ensure the quality of the product portfolio through workflow definitions and standardization of processes and procedures. **Responsibilities:** Develop, implement, and monitor processes based on technical foundations in collaboration with production departments and other departments related to industrialization, aiming to improve methods, optimize costs, and ensure the quality of the product portfolio through workflow definitions and standardization of processes and procedures. Map production processes, analyzing and identifying process failures to improve product efficiency and quality; develop production standards, monitoring production and predefined processes to improve efficiency and ensure product quality; prepare technical reports through systematic analysis of the production process, suppliers, or others, enabling an action plan for problem resolution; identify and prioritize fundamental processes and procedures in production, developing documentation such as work instructions, structural, electrical, and mechanical assembly instructions, to improve efficiency and ensure standardization and traceability of industrialized products. **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of experience in the metal-mechanical industrial sector; Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of quality and production tools (Flowchart, Ishikawa Diagram, Check Sheet, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Scatter Diagram, Control Chart).
