Handle analysis, correction, and resubmission of claim denials **Job Opening: Hospital Billing Supervisor** We are seeking a **Hospital Billing Supervisor** to lead and optimize the entire billing process. We are looking for a professional with experience in a hospital environment, an analytical mindset, and team management capabilities. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the hospital billing team, ensuring accurate execution of processes; * Review and validate hospital bills, medical records, and performed procedures; * Ensure billing complies with regulations, contracts, and health insurance fee schedules (TUSS, AMB, CBHPM); * Monitor deadlines for submitting claims and batches to health insurers; * Monitor claim denials, performing analysis, correction, and resubmission of bills; * Prepare managerial reports with departmental performance indicators; * Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors; * Maintain relationships with health insurers and internal departments. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in hospital billing** (**hospital experience is mandatory**); * Experience with health insurance routines and medical billing; * Analytical skills for data interpretation and report preparation; * Leadership and team management capabilities; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields is preferred). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior leadership experience; * Knowledge of medical billing audits; * Familiarity with hospital information systems/ERP. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 738,00 * Additional benefits per institutional policy If you have hospital experience and are seeking a new challenge with growth opportunities, please submit your resume!
