The professional will be responsible for prospecting and negotiating with suppliers, placing purchase orders, and ensuring input quality standards, appropriate costs, and on-time deliveries. **Benefits**: * Meals on site * Transportation allowance * Sodexo Food Voucher (R$100.00 per month) * Union agreement (Sindhotéis) * 13th salary * Birthday day off **Requirements**: * Prior experience in procurement for restaurants, hotels, or other food industry establishments. * Knowledge of quotations, inventory control, and supplier management. * Strong negotiation and effective communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with restaurant management systems. **Responsibilities**: * Execute the entire restaurant procurement process, from supplier negotiation to inventory control. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and terms, always aiming to reduce costs, optimize resources, and ensure restaurant input quality standards. * Monitor purchasing demand in coordination with unit managers, ensuring all inputs are available as required. * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
