Job Summary: As a Collections Operator at Cebraco, you will be responsible for contacting clients to carry out collection activities, calculating amounts, preparing spreadsheets, formalizing debts, and negotiating agreements. As a **Collections Operator at Cebraco**, your responsibilities will include: * Contacting clients to carry out collection activities; * Calculating overdue amounts, preparing spreadsheets, and formalizing debt collection using available tools; * Supporting colleagues by sharing experiences, guidance, and best practices; * Negotiating ongoing settlement agreements; * Monitoring payment clearance of bank slips; Requirements: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Proven experience in collections and negotiation; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Prior experience in the real estate sector will be considered a plus.
