**Detailed Description:**
* Collaborate with the commercial team to define project scopes based on discovery materials, supporting the preparation and monitoring of schedules with the project leader.
* Execute and oversee structuring, maintenance, and operational routines of investment funds, ensuring compliance with established processes, manuals, and deadlines.
* Plan, lead, and participate in meetings with stakeholders, acting as the operational interface between internal departments, clients, and service providers.
* Monitor deadlines, legal obligations, and regulatory documentation, organizing, prioritizing, and recording operational activities under your responsibility according to coordination guidelines and defined schedules.
* Provide technical support to junior and PL analysts, as well as specialists and senior analysts, contributing to the proper execution of tasks.
* Support preparation of information and documents for internal and external audits, ensuring consistency and traceability.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization, supporting development of area-specific materials, tools, and manuals.
**Work Format:** On-site – Curitiba/PR.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.

**Academic Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
* Valid ANBIMA certification per current regulations (CGA, CGE, CFG, or CPA-20).
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Knowledge of investment fund regulations (especially CVM 175);
* Understanding of securitization and structured operations;
* Familiarity with software and platforms dedicated to fund management and analysis;
* Organization, attention to detail, accountability, and proactivity;
* Knowledge of fund processes and operational controls.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience with FIDCs;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Familiarity with specialized platforms and systems for fund management and analysis;
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance or related areas.
