In the Production Department, we work with agility, responsibility, and a focus on excellence to deliver solutions that make a difference for our customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Production and Material Handling Operations** ---------------------------------------- * Pack, store, and organize materials and products in inventory and designated areas * Identify, classify, and sort materials and products according to specifications and compliance requirements * Supply production lines with raw materials and components * Prepare, process, and shape materials and products * Perform cutting, alignment, and corrections on materials and products * Package products * Label products * Palletize and prepare products for shipping and transportation * Handle packaged products and materials * Store packaged products and materials * Request material replenishment from the responsible department * Forward non-conforming materials for disposal, rework, or reuse * Collect and dispose of waste, leftovers, empty packaging, and scrap ### **Quality, Organization, and Safety** * Conduct operational tests on equipment * Handle measurement tools and equipment * Monitor the production process and machine operation * Verify quantity, type, visual quality, dimensions, measurements, expiry dates, and integrity of materials and products * Flag and report defects, failures, and anomalies to supervision * Complete material damage request and record forms * Record production data, incidents, and daily reports * Comply with safety regulations, identify hazards, and use personal protective equipment (PPE) * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, area, and production machines * Identify unsafe conditions in the workplace * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Dispose of and store waste correctly and safely **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Requirements** ----------------------------- * Completed Elementary Education **Additional Information** **Essential Benefits** ------------------------- * **Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher:** A flexible option for your commute, with a deduction capped at only 6% as per law. * **Meal Voucher:** BRL 521.00\.
