Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant (Procurement) will be responsible for the entire procurement process, from purchase requests through to monitoring material receipt, including supplier negotiations. Monitoring material receipt **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PROCUREMENT) \- COLOMBO/PR \- Santa Mônica Clube de Campo** **Your Responsibilities:** Receive purchase requests; Prepare cost estimates; Develop comparative supplier analysis tables; Conduct supplier negotiations; Issue purchase orders (POs); Monitor material receipt with the Warehouse and perform accounting closure of completed purchases; Perform other duties related to the role. **Requirements:** Completed or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (from the 5th semester onward) in Administration or Commercial Management; Intermediate Excel proficiency; Experience in procurement, commercial, or warehouse departments Preferred Qualification: Protheus system knowledge **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** IV \- G / IV \- I **Starting Salary:** R$ 3\.601,30 **After 3 Months:** R$3\.819,33 **Benefits:** On-site meals Transportation allowance (deducted from payroll) Attendance bonus of R$ 200.00 added to the meal voucher Discounts on car wash, restaurants, and snack bars at the club Free on-site parking Free access to gym/swimming pool Partnerships with educational institutions Five-year service bonus Employees' union Birthday day off Compensation: R$3\.601,30 \- R$3\.819,33 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
