




Job Summary: Multifunctional professional with experience in financial, accounting, commercial support, HR, and indirect materials procurement activities. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive involvement in finance, accounting, and HR departments 2. Strategic support to the commercial department and sales order management 3. Responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting reconciliations Experience in cash disbursement issuance, invoice entry into the system, issuance of outbound invoices, accounting reconciliations, supporting month-end closing with external accounting firms, providing managerial reporting support, and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Commercial department support: tracking sales executives’ visit schedules, updating the monthly price list, monitoring the sales order portfolio, entering sales orders into the system, assisting internal communications and client interactions. HR department support: handling payroll-related requests, payroll data entry, benefit calculation and procurement, document organization, scheduling periodic medical examinations, and managing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) control and distribution. Indirect materials procurement support: purchase order issuance and delivery tracking. **Bachelor’s degree required in:** Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Administration.
