Job Summary: Professional to supervise and train the technical team, support the administrative team, and ensure excellence in customer service through KPI management and technical operations. Responsibility for scheduling, laboratory, and technical operations of the branch **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise the local technical team, train and hire outsourced technicians. Support the branch's administrative team, as well as Master and Franchisees. Strive for excellent customer service through monitoring, training, and best practices, ensuring satisfaction levels aligned with company objectives. Scheduling of service visits, monitoring of service delivery, client visits when necessary, and field supervision of the technical team. Manage branch KPIs to achieve company objectives. Be responsible for branch scheduling and laboratory operations. Oversee the branch’s technical operations in general. Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills.
