Job Summary: As a Production Assistant, you will support all stages of product manufacturing—from initial preparation to final packaging—while complying with hygiene regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation, shaping, and assembly of various types of savory snacks. 2. Maintain a clean workspace and equipment, adhering to hygiene standards. 3. Assist in organizing and controlling inventory of raw materials and finished products. The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting the entire production cycle of our products—from initial preparation to final packaging—including: Assisting in preparing different types of doughs (e.g., coxinhas, risoles, empadas) and various fillings. Shaping and assembling savory snacks (e.g., coxinhas, cheese balls, kibbeh, empadas, cheese bread). Performing frying or baking processes for savory snacks. Keeping the workspace, utensils, and equipment clean and organized, strictly following hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assisting in organizing and controlling inventory of raw materials and finished products. Packaging and storing ready-to-sell savory snacks. Prior experience in savory snack production or industrial kitchen settings. Efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus occasional weekends or holidays. **Work Location:** Fazendinha, Curitiba\-PR **Compensation:** R$2\.068,00 **Benefits:** Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance **Minimum Education Requirement:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
