Job Summary: Production Assistant responsible for the entire manufacturing cycle, from initial preparation to packaging, including doughs, fillings, shaping, and frying/baking. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the entire manufacturing cycle, from preparation to packaging 2. Preparation and shaping of various types of savory snacks 3. Maintain hygiene and organization in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) The Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the production of our products throughout the entire manufacturing cycle, from initial preparation to final packaging, including: Assisting in preparing various types of doughs (e.g., coxinhas, risoles, empadas) and diverse fillings. Shaping and assembling savory snacks (e.g., coxinhas, cheese balls, kibbe, empadas, cheese bread). Performing frying or baking processes for savory snacks. Keeping the work area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized, strictly adhering to hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assisting in organizing and controlling inventory of raw materials and finished products. Packaging and storing ready-to-sell savory snacks. Previous experience in savory snack production or industrial kitchen operations.
