Job Summary: Assist in monitoring and controlling construction projects, support budget preparation, verify services performed, and provide technical support to the engineering team. Conduct quantity takeoffs and support budget preparation. Verify completed services using tools such as FVS (Service Verification Sheet). Support reading, interpretation, and coordination of project documents. Prepare technical reports and update measurement controls and schedules. Organize and archive technical and administrative documents related to construction projects. Provide support to the engineering team in monitoring suppliers, service providers, and subcontracted teams. Conduct quantity takeoffs, spreadsheets, and reports. Contribute technical solutions and improvements to construction processes.
