Job Summary: Support the organization and delivery of training sessions, assist in onboarding new employees, and manage training records and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of performance indicators and administrative routines TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (T\&D) Main Responsibilities: * Support the organization and delivery of training sessions. * Assist in onboarding new employees. * Maintain attendance lists, training records, and reports. * Support the development and updating of T\&D materials. * Monitor departmental performance indicators and administrative routines. * Provide support to supervisors and team leaders regarding training needs. Requirements: * Completed high school education (college degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred). * Intermediate computer skills. * Strong communication, organizational, and proactive skills. * Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to travel (when required). Work Schedule: * Rotating 6x1 schedule: Monday through Saturday, with fixed day off on Sunday. * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM, with a 1-hour break. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Willingness to travel
