Consolidate and analyze project performance, identifying deviations and risks. **Position Objective** Work in the Project Management Office (PMO) supporting project governance, monitoring, and performance analysis to contribute to delivery quality and provide inputs for decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and ensure project schedules and plans comply with standards and methodologies defined by the Project Management Office; * Manage and audit project artifacts throughout the project lifecycle (scope, schedule, budget, testing, acceptance, and metrics), ensuring compliance with established governance; * Consolidate and analyze project performance, identifying schedule, cost, and scope deviations, as well as risks and improvement opportunities; * Structure and present project reports and status updates, ensuring clarity, consistency, and information quality for various organizational levels; * Analyze project outcomes, including benefit indicators, ROI, and payback; * Consolidate portfolio-level project indicators to support prioritization and decision-making; * Support definition and tracking of goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives; * Actively contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and practices; * Support knowledge management, ensuring project documentation is organized and of high quality; **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Project Management, Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Experience with project management methodologies and tools (predictive, agile, or hybrid); * Experience monitoring project schedules, metrics, and performance; * Knowledge of project management tools; * Experience managing metrics, goals, and performance tracking; * Experience documenting processes and controlling artifacts; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. ### **Requirements** ##### **Studies** University education ### **Benefits** VA VT HEALTH PLAN DENTAL PLAN LIFE INSURANCE WELLHUB ELETROCLUB PPR PARTNER DISCOUNTS ### **About BRITÂNIA** Our story began in 1956 in Curitiba, and since then, we have grown alongside Brazilian families.
