Job Summary: Work in the 24x7 NOC, monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving Level 2 incidents in mission-critical environments involving IP networks, radio communication systems, and CCTV. We are seeking professionals to work in ABIX's 24×7 NOC under a 12×36 shift schedule, performing monitoring, technical diagnosis, and Level 2 incident resolution in mission-critical environments. Responsibilities include IP networks, radio communication systems (TETRA, DMR, and POC), CCTV, and associated infrastructure, ensuring SLA compliance, service stability, and rapid incident response with appropriate escalation when required. All our positions are open to People with Disabilities (PwD). * **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Configuration of radio communicators; * Configuration of radio base stations and RF repeaters; * Configuration of radio links; * Configuration and maintenance of IP networks; * Supervision of field technicians' activities; * Preparation of technical documentation for field teams; * Preparation of system usage reports; * Execution of operational validation routines; * Handling of routine operational tasks and internal support requests. * **REQUIREMENTS:** * Solid knowledge of TCP/IP; * Basic understanding of firewalls; * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Familiarity with TETRA and DMR (Tier II and Tier III) is considered a plus; * Knowledge of repeater and talkgroup concepts is considered a plus; * Familiarity with ITIL is considered a plus. * **WORK SCHEDULE:** * 12×36 shift system – Shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (as per roster) Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.650,95 – R$3.112,57 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
