Job Summary: An HR professional to handle routine tasks in recruitment, selection, onboarding, benefits, payroll, development, and people management. Key Highlights: 1. Support for development, performance, and organizational climate Responsibilities * Execute and monitor recruitment and selection processes, from profile definition through new employee onboarding. * Lead and support onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes, ensuring legal and documentary compliance. * Provide support to Accounting and/or HR Department in payroll processing, social charges, benefits administration, time tracking, and labor obligations. * Monitor and administer corporate benefits, ensuring proper application of policies and timely assistance to employees. * Support and implement training and development initiatives, including needs assessment and results tracking. * Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * Monitor and support organizational climate, engagement, and culture initiatives, proposing continuous improvements. * Serve as a point of contact for managers on people management topics, performance, behavior, and labor legislation. * Track and maintain up-to-date HR metrics, providing data and analysis to leadership. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable legislation. * Support internal and external audits related to the Human Resources area. * Propose improvements to HR processes, routines, and controls to enhance efficiency, standardization, and reduction of labor risks. * Maintain organized employee records, documents, and information, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
