KPI monitoring and sustainability projects **Job Opening: Environmental Analyst – Ares do Paraná** We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Environmental Analyst** to join our team in Curitiba! If you have hands-on experience in waste management and are looking for an opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a dynamic environment, this position is for you. **About the Role:** The professional will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and optimizing waste management practices, ensuring full compliance with current environmental legislation, as well as providing technical support to operations and customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Technical Support:** Provide support and clarification to internal and external customers on technical environmental matters; * **Document Management:** Manage and control environmental documents (**MTR, CDF, SINIR**, collection tickets); * **Measurements:** Monitor and finalize supplier measurements; * **Indicators:** Monitor waste management KPIs and prepare detailed technical reports; * **Training:** Promote environmental awareness initiatives and training sessions for employees and customers; * **Sustainability:** Support circular economy projects and process improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Technology, Biological Sciences, or related fields; * **Professional Registration:** Active CREA or equivalent professional council registration (preferred); * **Legislation:** Solid understanding of the National Solid Waste Policy and environmental regulations; * **Systems:** Proficiency in MTR/CDF and SINIR issuance platforms; * **Tools:** Advanced Excel for data and indicator analysis; * **Mobility:** Driver’s license Category B (preferred). **Desired Profile:** * Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines; * Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proactive problem-solving ability; * **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in Industrial Waste Management. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary; * Meal Allowance: **R$ 31.00/day** (approx.
