We are seeking a professional to handle the technical operation of our live broadcasts and audiovisual support for courses and events. Main Responsibilities * Operate live broadcasts using **OBS Studio** * Configure and operate cameras for recordings and live streams * Set up and organize audio and video cabling * Audio control (lapel microphones, mixing consoles, level adjustment) * Operation of projection systems and screens in classrooms * Monitoring of broadcast quality (video, audio, and internet connection) * Technical support during in-person courses and online broadcasts * Organization and basic maintenance of audiovisual equipment * Support to the pedagogical team and instructors during events Technical Requirements * Proficiency in **OBS Studio** (scenes, sources, transitions, and streaming) * Basic knowledge of audio capture and level adjustment * Fundamental knowledge of cameras (framing, focus, lighting) * Experience with live broadcasting (YouTube or similar platforms) * Cable and equipment organization skills * Basic knowledge of computer science and networking Preferred Qualifications * Experience in educational live broadcasts or events * Basic lighting knowledge * Basic video editing knowledge * Experience with multi-camera setups Work Schedule * Monday to Friday – business hours (08:30 to 17:30) * One Saturday per month (half-day – 09:00 to 12:00) Compensation and Benefits * Salary: **R$ 2.200,00** * Meal Voucher / Transportation Voucher * **Attendance Bonus: R$ 200.00 (subject to terms)** * Internal career growth plan Expected Behavioral Profile * Responsibility and punctuality (live broadcasts allow no margin for error) * Organization and attention to detail * Professional conduct in an educational environment * Ability to quickly resolve problems Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
