Description
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields;
* Experience in recruitment and selection;
* Experience in implementing job evaluation and salary structures;
* Experience in routine personnel department tasks;
* Knowledge of labor practices (timekeeping closure, hiring, termination, occupational medicine, and other related processes);
* Knowledge of benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from job opening to new employee onboarding;
* Manage timekeeping cards;
* Analyze and implement benefit grants;
* Execute processes supporting payroll closing;
* Handle hiring, leave of absence, vacation, and termination procedures;
* Manage uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) distribution;
* Provide administrative support for cafeteria/kitchen department requests;
* Maintain updated labor records and controls;
* Monitor and manage occupational health-related matters;
* Address individual employee inquiries;
* Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover causes;
* Support managers and employees in people management and internal conflict resolution;
* Upload and update documents and information on client portals;
* Participate in organizational climate, culture, engagement, and internal marketing initiatives;
* Conduct onboarding programs;
* Assist in job evaluation and salary structure processes;
* Populate HR-related metrics (e.g., turnover rate, absenteeism, time-to-fill vacancies);
* Process driver presentations for traffic violation fines;
* Upload and update documents and information on CREA portals;
* Support performance management, training needs assessment, and development program follow-up;
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation;
* Participate in audits and support HR compliance processes.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
