AI culture applied in development and product Links RH is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to work onsite at a technology company located in the Bacacheri neighborhood, Curitiba\- PR. Hybrid system environment, emphasizing platform evolution, technical organization, and development of features incorporating Artificial Intelligence—both in the development process and in the final product. * Solid experience with PHP and its frameworks. * No specific framework is required; however, practical hands-on experience within the PHP ecosystem is essential. * Experience working on hybrid systems, including: APIs, architectures using AWS Lambda, integrations with services written in TypeScript and/or Python. * Experience with technical organization and standardization. * Project structure. * Best coding practices: readability, maintainability, and version control. * Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative team workflows. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Applied AI culture, including: Using AI to support development (code generation, CLI tools, automation); implementing AI-powered features in the product, such as: Intelligent forms; AI-based user interaction flows; consumption of AI/LLM APIs; integration of AI into business rules and user experience; awareness of security, cost, and performance considerations when consuming these APIs.
