Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and infrastructure, supervising suppliers, managing tools and spare parts, responding to service requests, ensuring safety and compliance, and training and managing the team. Responsibilities: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Conduct inspections and repairs on equipment such as fryers, broilers, refrigerators, and air conditioning systems. Infrastructure: Ensure proper operation of electrical, hydraulic, and ventilation systems. Supplier Oversight: Supervise outsourced maintenance and repair services. Tool and Spare Parts Management: Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment required for repairs. Service Request Response: Respond promptly to operational emergencies to minimize impact on operations. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards. Training: Develop subordinates' technical skills and accompany them during task execution. Timekeeping and Scheduling Management: Prepare work schedules for direct reports and monitor electronic time records, ensuring all employees make proper system entries. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Experience in Refrigeration; * Willingness to travel between stores within the region; * Experience in Team Management. WHAT WILL YOUR DAILY SCHEDULE BE? * Rotating 5x2 schedule | 8 hours 48 minutes worked per day + 1-hour break.
