Guide customers on interest, late fees, and payment methods **Job: Collections Operator** **Role Challenge** Provide customer service and resolve delinquency situations promptly, ensuring quality, standardization, and reliability of information conveyed to customers and retailers. **Main Activities and Responsibilities** **Collections Center Administration** * Handle **inbound** customer calls to clarify doubts, register complaints, schedule payments, and conduct negotiations, always confirming data to ensure information security; * Contact delinquent customers (**outbound**) to inform them of debts, schedule payments, and conduct negotiations; * Advise customers on applicable interest, late fees, credit protection agency reporting, card blocking, and available payment methods. **General Management** * Understand, share, and practice the company's mission, vision, and values; * Safeguard company assets; * Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment; * Respect technical and ethical principles in interactions with internal and external customers and other stakeholders; * Ensure appropriate working conditions in accordance with the company's quality policy. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed High School * **Experience:** * Basic computer skills; * Arithmetic; * Teamwork ability; * Analytical thinking; * Clear diction and communication skills; * Persuasion and negotiation aptitude; * Agility. ✅ **What We Offer** * Salary: R$ 3226.97 * Benefits: VA + VR + PARANA CLINICA HEALTH PLAN + TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE + PROFIT-SHARING BONUS (PLR) + DAYCARE ASSISTANCE FOR CHILDREN UP TO 6 YEARS OLD + LIFE INSURANCE. * WORK SCHEDULE: MON–FRI 12:30 PM–6:30 PM AND SAT 8:00 AM–2:00 PM * WORKS 2 SATURDAYS PER MONTH * WORKS 5 DAYS PER WEEK * IN WEEKS WITH SATURDAY WORK, A FIXED DAY OFF IS GRANTED DURING THE WEEK.
