Collaborative and welcoming environment ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, guiding, and supervising cleaning teams, ensuring proper execution of services, adherence to schedules, quality standards, safety regulations, and correct use of materials and equipment, thereby guaranteeing the maintenance and hygiene of serviced areas. * ü Supervise and guide the cleaning team’s daily activities. * ü Assign tasks according to shift schedule, areas, and post priorities. * ü Monitor service execution to ensure quality and productivity. Conduct periodic inspections of serviced areas. * ü Control and request cleaning supplies, products, and PPE. Guide the team on the correct use of equipment, chemical products, and operational procedures. * ü Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * ü Support onboarding and training of new employees.
