Job Summary: A professional responsible for access control, identification and guidance of people, vehicle management, and area monitoring, ensuring safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Visitor guidance and courteous service **ACCESS CONTROLLER** **Work Location**: * Gate \- Curitiba **Working Hours:** * 12x36 shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM * 6-hour shift: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM * 8-hour 5x2 shift: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Requirements:** * *Experience in front desk, access control, or security* * *Experience in hospital or clinic environments is a plus* * *High school diploma completed* **Responsibilities:** **Traffic control**: Identify, register, and authorize entry of visitors, companions, suppliers, and service providers. **Badge management**: Issue and collect identification badges, ensuring all individuals present in the building are properly identified. **Parking access management**: Record entry and exit times of authorized vehicles. **Guidance and service**: Provide basic information regarding requested locations such as clinics, inpatient units, examinations, visiting hours (wards and ICUs), always with courtesy and empathy. **Area monitoring**: Observe movement in common areas and access points, reporting any suspicious behavior to the control team and direct supervision. **Material screening**: Control the entry and exit of equipment and materials from suppliers, verifying invoices or authorizations. Monitor access flow in restricted areas, support compliance with security policies and hospital protocols, maintain organization and professional conduct at the access point, conduct strategic patrols, and monitor sensitive areas **Compensation and Benefits:** * R$ 2\.202,40 * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance R$ 732,00 \+ on-site restaurant Payment: R$2\.202,40 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
