Lead and develop the team, with autonomy for new hires. 1 vacancy in Curitiba, PR \- Brazil###### **Job Details** * Employment type: CLT (Permanent) * Professional area: Industrial Automation * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:33 PM (1-hour break) * Work modality: On-site ###### **Benefits** \- Meal allowance of R$ 25.00/day; \- Food allowance of R$ 800.00/month; \- Transportation allowance or fuel allowance (R$ 12.00/day); \- Health insurance (50% co-payment); \- Dental insurance (DentalUni); \- Life insurance. ###### **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek an Automation Coordinator to lead the technical team and contribute to the development of advanced, customized solutions for national and international clients. \- Coordinate the Automation Department, with emphasis on PLC and HMI programming (Schneider, Rockwell, and Siemens); \- Develop electrical projects and embedded automation solutions (weighing systems, machine vision, etc.); \- Plan and oversee factory and field tests and implementations (occasional nationwide visits); \- Collaborate with Mechanical and Commercial departments to ensure technical execution and project deadlines; \- Lead and develop the team, with autonomy for new hires. \- Support clients and suppliers on technical and after-sales matters. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; \- Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC and HMI programming (Schneider, Rockwell, and Siemens); \- Proficiency in industrial automation, electrical systems, pneumatics, and industrial networks; \- Strong logical reasoning, mechanical insight, and ability to solve problems on the shop floor; \- Good communication skills and ability to manage projects and deadlines.
