This success has only been possible thanks to continuous investments in modern equipment, cutting-edge technology, and team training—making Trombini a benchmark for competence and competitiveness in the market. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Evaluate the type of fiscal document; * Verify the fiscal invoice against the purchase order; * Cross-check purchase order information with the fiscal document; * Notify the Purchasing Department when discrepancies arise between these documents; * Process fiscal document entries for the following transaction types: purchase, transfer, return, reversal, simple consignment, and CTRC; * Process fiscal document and freight bill entries, where applicable; * Perform fiscal material receipt (fiscal invoice entry). **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Preferred:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience with the activities listed above. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or internal parking; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance: BRL 550.00; * Pharmacy card; * Profit-Sharing Program; * Daycare/school assistance and/or babysitter assistance—for children up to 6 years old #### **For over 60 years, we’re made of people!
