Across various regions of the country, we are a network uniting people and stories sharing the same purpose: inspiring lives to transform the world. **Your typical day:** Main Responsibilities Onboarding new employees; Verifying payroll entries and calculations; Executing and verifying termination, vacation, timekeeping, and other payroll-related processes; Conducting termination homologations; Assisting with the registration and payment of independent contractors (RPA); Providing support and follow-up for employee requests related to HR; Updating and monitoring HR indicators for services delivered by the department. Supporting management through reporting on agreements and partnerships; PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) control; Preparing and tracking responsibility agreements for equipment and keys issued to employees. Ensuring administrative processes comply with internal policies and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, HR, or related fields. **Microsoft Office:** Intermediate proficiency; **Legislation:** Fundamental knowledge of the Brazilian Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
