We believe these values shape not only how we conduct business but also how we interact with our employees, clients, and partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Actively prospect contractors and service providers for construction projects using various channels (platforms, referrals, social media, advertisements, etc.); * Conduct service negotiations, including commercial terms, scope, timelines, and contracting methods; * Technically evaluate services to be contracted, ensuring alignment with project requirements; * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners, expanding the provider portfolio; * Support the definition of supplier acquisition strategies, including campaigns and promotional activities; * Manage and update procurement tracking controls and spreadsheets; * Collaborate with internal departments to align demands and priorities; * Ensure organization and control of information related to procurements and negotiations; * Support continuous improvement of service procurement processes **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic Excel proficiency; * Prior experience in service negotiation, preferably within the construction industry; * Availability to work in the Bacacheri neighborhood. **Additional Information** * Structured career progression and compensation plan; * Birthday day off; * Paid annual leave of 30 days after one year of employment.
