




Job Summary: Civil Engineer responsible for analysis, coordination, management, and monitoring of structural projects, ensuring compliance with standards and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Support in hiring and maintaining relationships with structural designers **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform **structural project analysis and coordination**, ensuring integration with complementary projects (architectural, installations, etc.). * Support the engineering team in **technical evaluation and development of structural solutions** for developments. * Analyze projects according to **applicable technical standards and legislation**, ensuring compliance with company-established standards. * Manage and monitor **structural projects**, ensuring adherence to technical standards and internal guidelines. * Monitor the **project development and delivery schedule**, ensuring deadlines and delivery quality. * Support the **hiring process and relationship management with structural designers and technical suppliers**. * Conduct **technical consultations with designers and suppliers**, especially in cases involving interferences with other project disciplines. * Identify and report **missing information, documents, or interferences** that may impact project development. * Ensure **standardization of structural projects** in accordance with technical standards, legislation, and company internal guidelines. * Participate in the **implementation and evolution of BIM methodology** in project development. * Develop **projects and initiatives for continuous improvement** within the projects department. * Support the **creation and improvement of internal departmental procedures**, contributing to greater process efficiency. * Maintain **constant interface with Budgeting, Construction, Planning, and Product departments**, ensuring technical alignment between projects and construction execution. **Work Routine** * Coordination of **structural and complementary projects.** * Planning and monitoring of **deadlines and deliverables for structural projects.** * Support in **hiring and management of structural designers.** * **Technical analysis of structural projects** and validation of solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in the civil construction sector, economic segment; * Knowledge of structural masonry, raft foundation, and reinforced concrete projects; * Knowledge of staircase and ramp structural projects; * Knowledge of retaining structures, such as cantilever walls, sheet pile walls, and gabions; * Familiarity with NBR 15575; * Familiarity with NBR 9050\. Compensation: R$7\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
