Description

Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and coordinating multidisciplinary technical projects, detailing drawings, and supporting field teams, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and coordination of multidisciplinary technical projects 2. Use of technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D) 3. Technical support to field teams and document management Prepare technical projects (structural, architectural, hydraulic, electrical, etc.) based on floor plans, sketches, specifications, and technical standards; • Detail drawings and technical specifications for field execution; • Coordinate multidisciplinary projects, identifying and resolving interferences among disciplines (gas, electrical, hydraulic, structural, etc.); • Provide technical support to field teams by clarifying and adjusting project details during construction; • Use technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D) for project development and updates; • Maintain organization and up-to-date status of project technical documentation; • Assist in preparing as-built drawings (as-constructed project), when required; • Accompany technical site visits and inspections for data collection or verification of actual site conditions; • Comply with ABNT standards, municipal legislation, and other applicable project regulations; • Interact with suppliers and contractors for technical clarifications and adjustments to design solutions; • Participate in technical meetings and project coordination sessions with relevant departments; • Comply with and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory provisions regarding occupational safety and health, and environmental protection. Prerequisites: • Completed high school education; • Technical or higher education degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; • Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD) and preferably BIM (Revit, Navisworks); • Knowledge of reading and interpreting multidisciplinary project drawings; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
