We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our Mining Unit team. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Civil or Production Engineering degree; * Experience with MS Project; * Knowledge of Primavera P6; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Advanced Excel experience is a plus; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop and update project physical and financial schedules using planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6; * Monitor and control deadlines, costs, and resources, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions; * Participate in alignment meetings with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure adherence to established deadlines; * Ensure integration among planning, procurement, production, and quality; * Conduct scenario analysis and simulations to optimize deadlines and resource allocation; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, internal policies, and contractual requirements; * Corporate planning and control activities involving multidisciplinary projects. **Benefits**: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Workplace gymnastics * Flexible working hours * Private pension plan * Meal allowance * Birthday day off * Collective vacations * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * SESC membership * Profit-sharing program (PPR) * Totalpass
