Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Works Coordinator to join our Project Management Unit, supporting inspection and monitoring of construction works, project reviews, and non-conformance control. We are looking for a Civil Works Coordinator to join our Project Management Unit. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed technical education in a relevant field; * Proven experience in Civil Construction, especially in hydroelectric projects; * Advanced expertise in reinforced concrete and precast structures; * Knowledge of foundations, retaining structures, drainage, pavement, and infrastructure works; * Experience in critical review of civil projects, construction methodologies, and project coordination; * Prior experience in this role; * Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support inspection of civil scope execution; * Participate in progress monitoring meetings; * Support project and construction methodology reviews; * Monitor execution planning and work measurements; * Assist in non-conformance control and technical recordkeeping; * Comply with technical, safety, and quality standards. **Benefits:** * Group Life Insurance * Health Plan (reimbursement) * Day off * Totalpass * Paid vacation
