Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Development and study of residential unit typologies. Creation and revision of layouts. Project management for legal approval. Development of construction drawings (ceiling plan, floor plan, technical details). Interface with internal teams and external designers. Support during the coordination phase. Support in product definition (finishes, construction standards, project solutions). Previous experience as an Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, or Civil Engineer may indicate affinity with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
